10 LITTLE KNOWN FACTS ABOUT JOJOBA OIL

1. Not an Oil: Jojoba oil is technically not an oil, but a liquid wax ester extracted from the seeds of the jojoba plant (Simmondsia chinensis).
2. Similar to Human Sebum: Jojoba oil closely resembles the natural oils produced by human skin, making it an excellent moisturizer and skin conditioner that gets absorbed readily by our skin.

6. Hair & Scalp Benefits: It can be used as a natural conditioner for hair, promoting hair strength, shine, and manageability. 8. Anti-inflammatory Properties: It contains anti-inflammatory properties that can help soothe and calm irritated or inflamed skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis.

Craftiviti's Jojoba Oil is sourced from South America. We choose cosmetic grade to ensure stability in formulation and for a longer shelf life.

Even though Jojoba Oil is a liquid wax and technically does not have an expiry date, cosmetic grade oils ensure purity, no sediments, color or scent, and that it stays fresher longer.

Because the oil mimics our skin's sebum, it absorbs almost instantly and does not leave an oily surface on the skin. Our skin just seems to know and want it to be a part of it. A quick massage into your skin and you will leave it with a healthy sheen while looking refreshed and supple.

We love this oil as a simple deeply nourishing massage oil, make up remover, or as a carrier for essential oils! In fact Jojoba Oil helps essential oils last longer and is perfect for making roll on perfumes. .
